[vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text css=””]Guillermo Rodr\u00edguez Capurro is an Associate at the law firm Pittaluga Abogados, where he heads the Sports and Entertainment Law practice.<\/p>\n

He is a graduate of the University of the Republic, where he also serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Sports Law.<\/p>\n

With over fifteen years\u2019 experience in the corporate legal sector, Guillermo has extensive experience advising clubs, athletes, agents and investors. He specialises in the structuring of Sports Limited Companies (SADs) and in the negotiation of complex contracts within the sports industry.<\/p>\n

For over a decade, he headed the legal department at Club Nacional de Football, representing the club before top-tier international bodies such as FIFA, CONMEBOL and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).<\/p>\n

He complements his practice with a strong focus on corporate law, specifically on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and comprehensive advice on the establishment of foreign companies and individuals in Uruguay.<\/p>\n
