Juan Felipe is a lawyer and partner in the Firm’s labor law and litigation area.
He holds a law degree from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, where he has also taught Social Security and Labor Law.
He began his professional practice in 2008, working as a legal consultant for renowned national and international companies on the subject of prevention and resolution of labor, corporate, and commercial conflicts.
In the field of labor law he advises companies in collective and individual work conflicts, participating both in wage council negotiations and court litigations.
As part of his litigation work, he has been involved in Supreme Court trials and in national and international arbitration, and he has vast experience in conflict resolution.
