María Fernanda joined Pittaluga in 1997.

An attorney with over 20 years of experience, María Fernanda is currently Head of the Legal Department, in charge of advising major multinational corporations in the protection and defense of their intellectual property rights, as well as being responsible for overseeing the legal team.

While specialized in administrative and civil litigation, María Fernanda relies on negotiation as a key instrument for settling conflicts through agreements that are highly advantageous for the Firm’s clients. To do so, she draws among other things on her training in the tools provided by the Harvard Negotiation Project.

She is recognized for her extensive professional track record and vast expertise by both clients and peers, as well as by prestigious global publications, such as The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners.

Her practice is complemented and enhanced by participation in numerous legal conferences and seminars, both local and international.
